Morgan Wolbe

Morgan Wolbe currently serves as Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Transformation Officer. In this role, Morgan leads our Global Content Production, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Research, and Strategy & Operations teams. Additionally, he spearheads continuous transformation efforts to best meet the needs of Cengage’s global customer base of learners and educators.

Before taking on this role, Morgan held a number of leadership positions at Cengage Group, most recently serving as Co-General Manager for Cengage Academic, the company’s course solutions-focused business. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple functions within the company’s operations.   

Prior to joining Cengage Group, Morgan worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he held several positions focused on the consumer and biopharma industries, helping companies manage through complexity and implement effective operations. Morgan holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard. He is based out of New York City.
