"I work with a multi-department and multi-talented team to create innovative, accurate, impactful and inclusive digital media assets that enhance our products and engage learners. I chose to work in education technology because what we do makes a difference in learners’ lives. As a lifelong learner myself, it’s important to me to help others improve their lives through education. I’m proud to work for a company that seeks to address the issues of affordability and accessibility by meeting learners where they are and providing a variety of learning solutions to help them achieve their goals.

I’ve spent most of my career at Cengage Group because of the culture, the people and the work. As a Mosaic Employee Resource Group leader, I’m honored to help provide opportunities for employee engagement, growth and retention through our inclusive and educational programming not only for our BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and people of color) employees but those of all backgrounds. My work with Mosaic also helps me look at our products with a critical eye to ensure that the diverse stories and backgrounds of the members and learners I represent are reflected in our products."
